More details below:
When you are in game with the mouse yoke started, you can press F4 to temporarily deactivate it if you need to press some buttons, then Numpad3 when you want to reactivate it. If you want to change these keybinds you can eventually go to settings - controls - look for "Button [F4] Press" or "Button [NumPad3] Press" (they are in pairs of two) double click, where it says Name F4/NumPad3 change with anything you like, save and that s it.
