23 Crowns - Redemption - A Black Ops Cold War Montage
So... This one is a bitter sweet one for me, as it's my best montage yet, but also my final montage. My journey has been a short journey, not even 2 years since I started learning to edit but it's time to exit this scene.
I've done montages for as long as they have been enjoyable, and they're just not anymore. Possibly in the future if theatre mode comes back and even dolly cams then I may do a select few edits but I'm not planning to for the forseeable future.
In my year and a half of editing I've had the privilege of being a part of Pamaj's "The Catalyst 4", Parallel Pride's introducing, and now this edit for 23 Crowns, as well as my other edits for fun, clients, and friends. So I'd say I'm quitting on a high :D
I have to shoutout my brother Bofa, who got me into editing on Adobe After Effects, which started this all off. VBS for helping me understand the graph editor, just as I was giving up with learning the software. Jipscy for inspiring me to go after crazy cinematics, and Anuki for sealing the deal for the start of my editing journey with his "Going Bad" edit
Special thanks has to go to Pride, who has opened so many doors for me by trusting me with TC4. If my name is known in any capacity, it's because of him.
To all of you who have supported me, helped with my endless cinematics, seen my editing journey and has enjoyed my work, all the people I have met through my edits, all the people who hype me up, thank you and I love you all.
P.S. This edit is called Redemption because I had to restart it 3 times. It was supposed to be 23 Crown's official final Cold War teamtage, but due to multiple crashes, and theatre mode not working just before MW2 released, I could not finish it in time. So it will not be going on their channel, just mine.
