Servings: 25-27 pieces.
Ingredients:
113 grams butter (1/2 cup)
1/4 teaspoon salt
80 grams icing sugar (1/2 cup)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
270 grams of flour (1+1/2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 12-14 minutes.
