Steps to fix your device.
1. Heat up the back cover
2. Unscrew all the screws holding the back cover.
3. Pry around the edges of the back cover
4. Disconnect all the connections to the mainboard
5. Pull up on the motherboard
6. Put it to the side.
7. Now grab the new screen
8. Insert the battery and mainboard into the new screen
9. Put the connectors back onto the main board
10. Put the rest of the unit back together
