Sleeping Bear Dune Climb is not for the WEAK!!! 🫣
Have you heard of this climb?? Not to be confused with the Dunes trail which we hear is also a pretty strenuous trail as you are walking through sand for most of it.
This separate area, this specific climb can be reached by doing the full trail or by driving the Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive and stopping at the overlook.
We chose that because we knew the climb alone was going to be our challenge and not willing to add the hike to this climb to our day.
We saw the 'rescue' sign and FEE if you needed to be helped. (wondered why they don't just put some kind of rope 🤷🏻♀️
