DQ11S - Avarith (elemental attacks)
it felt pointless to upload Headless Honcho & Tyriant because it was just spamming Gigaslash which is optimal anyway
i probably shoulda tried fighting Avarith before getting Rab, to make this more challenging.. i thought it might make the fight drag on a bit though idk.
Air Raiser is better than Hand of God vs Avarith, despite her resistance to wind and neutrality to light, because Hand of God kinda sucks. it deals around 110-190 damage to her, and Air Raiser consistently does around 150 damage (after the 25% resistance). Hand of God has a much wider damage-range, so sometimes it deals less damage than resisted Air Raiser, which is really dumb considering that it costs twice as many skill points to learn and twice as much MP to use. it actually annoys me so much that Hand of God is a weaker attack than Air Raiser. i get that Light is a stronger element than Wind, but it still feels like poor balancing
also, if you get the Peerless Parade Costume for Sylvando, he stands on the right rather than the left vs Avarith for some reason? which is probably a bad thing lol, i think it considers him on the 4th slot .. though i'm not sure if i've ever actually seen Avarith target Sylvando with her regular attack, so maybe it doesn't make any difference
