Marv wakes up on the highway at the site of a car accident next to several corpses and tries to remember how he ended up there. Marv recalls noticing a group of preppy students setting homeless people on fire in an alley, which he decided to stop. A car chase ensues, leading to Marv killing several of the hooligans. The remaining two escape into the ghetto, and Marv follows them. This is the neighborhood where Marv was born and raised, so he has very "friendly" neighbors here, who help him finally deal with the students.
