May 9. Victory Day in a New Reality / Sketches #66
UPDATE (9/10/22). Today, the film "Only Old Men Are Going to Battle" unexpectedly appeared on Channel One, although it hadn't been in the program guide that morning (in some versions, it's still missing). Such changes in the broadcast schedule are very rare and sometimes indicate unforeseen circumstances or orders from above. We'll be keeping an eye on the reasons behind this change (https://telegram.me/nabutov3/65).
On the eve of Victory Day, I'd like to recall how this day became a holiday and a day off during Soviet times. I'd also like to reflect on how May 9th will be perceived today.
