5 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced or chopped
1 chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth or stock
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp or 1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp dried parsley or fresh chopped parsley
