Shopfront challenge + water soluble colour pencils
In this round of my challenge roulette, I spun ‘sketch and outline’ as the technique and ‘water-soluble watercolor pencils’ for the medium. So, I grabbed my Derwent Inktense pencils and sketched the iconic Beach Road Scissor Cut Curry Rice shopfront. A quick swipe from water brush softened the lines, and I added a shimmering touch with Kusakabe’s Harmonia Fairy Conch Pearl. All captured in my Hahnemuhle watercolor book.
