How to Make Perfect Idli & Dosa Batter (the science of fermentation)
In todays video, I will show you simple way to make Idli dosa batter at convenience of home and that too in place like Canada. If it can be made in Canada it can be made anywhere on earth.
Ingredients
Urad Dal(Skinned Black Gram)
Rice
Leftover cooked rice or Poha(Flattened rice)
Methi(Fenugreek Seed
Chilled water
Salt to taste
Ratio
1(Urad dal): 4 (Rice)
In video the measurement I have taken makes 18-20 Dosas or 18-20 Idli
