Annapurna Circuit Trek - Day 7 Manang rest day, Acclimatisation 30th Oct 22
Spent an extra day and night in Manang at 3550 meter to help with acclimatization. Around 3000 meters is when you may see the affects of altitude sickness (AMS)
We didn't sit around though, to help with the acclimatization we climbed 600 meter to meet with a Buddhist Nun in her Monastery sat in the mountains. Apparently, she only comes down during the harsh winter period.
