Alright the first and most important item to consider when building and selecting your kit aircraft is what is your mission We talk about that all the time in regular general aviation you know what is the mission that we're flying You know if your mission is to fly from Texas to California weekly on a business trip you probably don't want to build a STOL aircraft You're probably going to want something that's better for cross countries If your mission is flying in the backcountry to go camping or landing on riverbeds then you're probably not going to want to have a composite sleek aircraft that goes 160 knots So you really have to start narrowing down and figuring out what you want to do with your aircraft and know that not one aircraft fits all builders and that's why we see a lot of times in the experimental aircraft industry is that kit builders become serial builders
