Charging for your agency discovery time
I worked on a pitch recently and it was great to see the discovery stage (should the agency win) being charged for. This is often an in-depth stage and adds real value to clients so should be charged for. This video comes as I was out in some cold weather at the end of a busy week. I live up in the West Yorkshire (England) hills and moors.. we don't always get the best of weather :-)
