1st Balacat Festival in Mabalacat City! You'll witness the historical presentation from Aeta to Present. This is Group 7 with the theme of Mandarame.
"Penitents gathered together to walk under the heat of the sun to different puni and pabasa bringing their prayers and panatas to Jesus Christ. There are differents kinds of Mandarame, men or women, young or adult. Mamalaspas, Mamusan Krus, Magkalbaryo and a few."
