ASOM (stage of perforation) & Traumatic perforation of Tympanic membrane
Acute suppurative otitis media is the most common infection of childhood except for acute upper respiratory tract infections. It is the most common condition for which children seek medical care from their primary care physician. Usual pathogens causing ASOM include Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophiles influenzae, and Moraxella catarrhalis.
