How to Achieve a Neon Effect (Glowing Signs, etc.)
Create glowing signs and luminous videos with the neon effect. This uses the bloom effect, found in Video Vision 2023 and AquaSoft Stages 2023.
Stages allows for an easier animation of the neon tube effect, but a variant is also shown on how to replicate the neon flicker in Video Vision.
