Asana Alignment & Teaching Lab with The Peaceful Warriors Yoga
The Asana Alignment & Teaching Labs are designed to educate students on the Peaceful Warriors' approach to foundational Posture/Asana alignment and the corresponding teaching cues, based on both the Hatha and Vinyasa yoga traditions. To improve yoga practitioners' and yoga teachers' knowledge, understanding, and awareness of correct, safe, functional, and modified alignment to accommodate all yoga levels and injuries.
The teaching labs will furthermore provide the students with enhanced body awareness, proprioception, and confidence to deepen their understanding of their body and your yoga practice.
