Next JS Local Server Not Starting (Fixed)
In this video, I will show you how to fix/solve the Next JS 13 development server not working on a Windows computer.
If you come across that problem where you installed NextJs and created an app but when you run "npm run dev", the NextJs development server does not start or starts and terminates, this will solve it.
If your NextJs Local host 3000 is showing "Hmmm, can't reach this page" NextJs "Localhost refused to connect", this should help you.
