Meet Anu, she joined QX Global Group as Learning & Development Executive. Her onboarding was entirely virtual has been the case for the last year and a half. Along with a welcome call and virtual orientation, our recruitment partners frequently connected with her to help her settle in and complete the initial joining requirements. Chats over virtual coffee, 1- on- 1 meetings with team members, and weekly team meetings set her up to start in the L&D team.
