Techno Royalty: Colin Dale in Conversation
Despite his name being one I've heard and read about for close to 35 years, since my love affair with House Music began, Colin Dale is a DJ I hadn't met until recently.
A quick Google search will reveal a whole heap of accolades bestowed upon a gentleman who is held in high esteem the world over. I could use all the big words & phrases like 'Visionary', 'Founding Father', 'Groundbreaking' etc, however this is another interview where I'd rather let my guest share his own story in his own way.
Our paths only recently crossed via our work with 'Last Night A DJ Saved My Life' during my 'Set For Love', a live DJ session on World Water Day 2024. Colin enjoyed my music for the full 3 hours and I was flattered by his kind words about the set as well as the content I've been putting out there. I say now the same that I said then, it will be an honour to share the screen with him.
He is just back from a charity mission to Africa, which we will discuss also.
