Let’s explore SuiteSync's payment page which allows customers to easily pay NetSuite invoices and orders.
In NetSuite, there isn’t a way for customers to securely make a payment on their account with a credit card or bank account information.
SuiteSync makes this process easy by adding a payment link to NetSuite transactions.
Let's take a look at an open invoice in NetSuite.
When a new invoice is created, SuiteSync adds an "Invoice Payment Link".
When a payment needs to be made, this link can be emailed to the customer to fill out their own payment information.
Let’s look at what the customer sees when the link is clicked on. A simple page hosted by SuiteSync displays the invoice information in NetSuite. The customer can use credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfers, and other forms of payment.
Once the payment information is submitted, the customer sees a confirmation message. At this point, SuiteSync creates a payment in your Stripe account.
Let’s take a look at the payment in Stripe.
The payment created by SuiteSync contains the NetSuite invoice number for the payment. SuiteSync also adds a link to the corresponding payment in NetSuite.

In Netsuite, SuiteSync has created a payment and applied it to the invoice.
So now, If we look back at the invoice it is marked as "Paid in Full".
When Stripe has deposited a batch payment in your account, SuiteSync creates a bank deposit record in NetSuite. SuiteSync ensures that the deposit total matches the amount coming from Stripe down to the penny.
When the Stripe payment has arrived in your bank, SuiteSync creates a bank deposit, and at the same time records the Stripe processing fees in NetSuite. /The manual process of matching individual transactions to a bank deposit, calculating fees, and handling currency conversion *disappears*/.
