In this video I will demonstrate how I stabilize turquoise stones, by soaking them in an acetone and epoxy mixture. I also use a cheap brake bleeder pump to apply a vacuum to the jar.
Stabilizer Ratio (see references):
473mL acetone to 25mL 2 part epoxy (Dual syringe type, one part hardener, one part resin, total volume 25mL)
I used significantly less than this, but the same general ratio for this video
