Fun fact for this commercial. In Australia you can only show real product, nothing fake. So we had at least 8 of these dishes made ready for filming. To make the steam and bubbling of the cheese a heating element was held over the cheese until it started bubbling then a steam cleaning wand was waved over the dish to create the steam. (All shot before CGI was a common thing!)
