ICTM 2021 Precalculus Part 2: #15, #17, & #18
Surprisingly, the Precalculus contest this year is definitely calculator heavy. Some questions that definitely require calculator assistance include #12, #15, and #18. Question 15 tests students if they know how to write recursive formulas while Question 18 tests students if they know how to setup a procedure to solve a problem. Overall, a takeaway from this year is that your calculator is your best friend. Learn to use it well and effectively.
