[Lesson 42] So what? | ECAP Courses
God's will is sovereign, for He is the Creator of all things and guides history according to His perfect plans. Often, we desire to follow our own paths, basing ourselves on our limited feelings and understanding. However, the Bible teaches us that "a man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps" (Proverbs 16:9).
When we rely solely on our own will, we risk straying from God's purpose. Therefore, we must seek His guidance in prayer and through the Word, submitting our desires to what He has for us.
Obeying God is not always easy, but it is the path that leads us to true peace and the fulfillment of our purpose. When we place His will above our own, we trust that His plan is always better, even when we don't understand it at the moment.
