White Dragon Tai Sigung Promotion
During this year's Dragon Cup hosted by the White Dragon Martial Arts Schools in San Diego, a special ceremony was conducted by Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong to promote Master Fisher to the title of Tai Sigung. Additionally, other Sifus were promoted, as well.
