Super Smash Bros 4 Wii U - Lucario's Extremest Speed
THIS IS NOT A CUSTOM CHARACTER!
Lucario's Aura got buffed even more for Smash 4. From 170% onwards (the 999% is just easier to select in training mode) his moves all reach their peak, and for ExtremeSpeed it apparently means turning him into a stunt plane.
Seriously, he can do a Hyrule Jump without jumping. TIME TO NERF GRENINJA
