The plant is characterized by a DONATONI SX6 Q XL, equipped with 6 cutting heads with 9 interpolated axes and a patented rotary bridge, capable of producing different part sizes in a single passage. This machine is designed to optimize productivity while maintaining a high level of precision. To complete the production process, the installation of the DONATONI ARM2 system also ensures the continuous movement and organization of parts. Equipped with a multi-socket gripper, it allows fast and accurate final palletizing, significantly reducing machine downtime and increasing safety for the operators involved.
