Dota 2 - Unimplemented Neutral Item? (Horizon)
Earlier, I had discovered a neutral item that is fully functional, has a sprite, and has sounds effects tied to its active ability, yet it didn't make it into the game.
I had discovered this little secret via a custom game, which had this "lottery" feature where you could buy lottery tickets to potentially get neutral items, and I just ended up finding this out of pure luck. Then to make sure it wasn't exclusive to that game mode, I went into the demo, where cheats where enabled and I can spawn in any items I want, and tried creating the item, and whaddya know, it works.
For the record, that lottery in the custom game ONLY awards neutral items, hence why I'm positive this would've been a neutral item and not just a regular purchasable/craftable item. I'm guessing this would've belonged in the later tiers (4-5).
