Soldering together a Tv B-Gone Kit
I don't Solder Well... But I do Good enough to get by. Think of it this way... It's a Hobby.... :) I do want to share that if you do this or any project, to remember that some components can only go one way... these are the following....
LEDs and capacitors ( long connection is "+")
Place long connector into "+" hole....
pin sockets have a loop on the front side and flat on the back...That is were the #1 pin on the chip will be placed... solder this in the same "loop" pattern on the printed board.( when placing the chip into this socket, find the little hole and place it pointing the same direction as the loop.
battery holder Red wire is "+" Black wire is "-"
Remember these tips and this will help a-lot :)
