We designed a boardroom solution that simplifies the controls and integrates advanced VC technology for instant connectivity and seamless communication.
3. Smarter Small & Medium Meeting Rooms -
Small and medium-sized rooms often get overlooked, but they play a crucial role in daily collaboration. We focused on eliminating cable clutter, automating room functions and integrating AV control so that it’s easy for users to operate the room without any hassle.
Some project highlights:
High-Definition Displays so all content types are legible, clear, and impactful.
Wireless Casting to allow presenters to instantly project their presentations onto the display without needing to plug in or troubleshoot cables.
Ceiling Microphones and Speakers
We installed ceiling microphones and speakers that make people perfectly audible even as they move around in the room.
Consistent User Experience
We created a consistent meeting experience across all types of rooms—huddle rooms, medium-sized collaboration spaces and a large boardroom.
The Outcome
By the end of the project, our client's old meeting rooms were completely transformed into spaces that people genuinely enjoy using. The spaces are intuitive, easy to use, and designed to make meetings more efficient, productive, and enjoyable.
