Our New Diocesan Administrator | January 22, 2024
Fr. Simon Peter Engurait has been named Administrator of the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux today, Monday, January 22nd, by the College of Consultors. Fr. Simon Peter will remain in this role until the next bishop of our diocese is appointed by the Holy Father, Pope Francis. Join us in praying for Fr. Simon Peter, and the people of our diocese as we continue to grieve the loss of our father and shepherd, Bishop Dorsonville.
