Beat Saber/Quest 2 Recording Mixed Reality using your iPhone
Note: Recent updates to Quest 2 and Quest 3 seems to have broken the Mixed Reality recording capability of both headsets.

This is how I recorded a Beat Saber Mixed Reality recording using my iPhone XS (you'll need an iPhone with an A12 chip)
You need to install the Reality Mixer app from the app store on your iPhone
You also need to install the MRC app onto your quest2 headset by opening your browser and going to https://www.oculus.com/experiences/qu... (you'll need to login using either your Facebook credentials or Oculus user credentials, whichever you use on your Quest 2).
