Here's how to make an easy, painted American pinecone wreath@artsandprops
While painting it is essential, flocking it is optional. No wires are necessary. The pinecones are glued onto a burlap-wrapped 14" wire frame. Below is a list of supplies we used.

You could find regular burlap ribbon and paint over it with red, white, and blue acrylics
