If you believe you are an eligible national of a designated country or a stateless person whose last habitual residence was in a country designated for TPS, use this form to apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). When you file your initial TPS application or re-register for TPS, you may also apply for Employment Authorization (EAD) and file a completed Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, separately at the time you file Form I-821.
