Astable 555 with reverse polarity and constant current with magnetic stirrrer
555 driving the dpdt relay and the relay input supplied with power from a constant current module so the output of the relay to the colloidal silver rods is both timed reversed polarity and constant current. Coupled with mag stirrer and you have a decent CS machine
