Ubisoft Hates Customers
Ubisoft Support Does not want to help you, their goal is to waist your time so you give up and no actual labor or time was spent helping you. As long as they have your money they could care less about the quality of product you are buying. I have problems with nearly every game I've purchased from Ubisoft. When will I learn my lesson? I think with Far Cry 6 I finally have.
