How to Stack a Cake Using the SPS Sysptem
This is a video demonstration of how to stack a cake using the SPS (Single Plate Separator) by Bakery Crafts
I order my SPS pieces online because my local cake supply store does not carry them... I prefer to shop at Global Sugar Art because they ship orders out quickly, and in my area (New England) my shipments get here in 1-2 days! They are by no means, the only place to get your plates and separators, just the one I prefer :)
