With almost 30 years of existence and more than 20 games released, the NFS franchise has had its successes and failures over the years, some excellent successes and some terrible ones, something I consider normal. It's rare for a franchise so old and with so many games released to have only good points. Franchises tend to have their high points and low points; it's part of the game.
