Below is the brushes I use in each drawing step:
ROUGH SKETCH:
MaxU Gouache Clean Glaze from Gouache Maxpack (This brush pack is created by Max Ulichney. I'm sure that some of you know who he is. I baught the pack from Gumroad about a year ago. But now you can buy them from his website: http://www.maxpacks.art This is not an ad.) If you are a beginner, I highly recommend you to use the default Procreate brushes first, coz they also work really well.
LINEWORK:
MaxU Gouache Clean Glaze from Gouche Maxpack
Or 6B Pencil from Sketching (default)
COLOR BLOCK:
MaxU Gouche Grainy from Gouache Maxpack
Studio Pen from Inking (default)
Soft Brush from Airbrusing (default)
SHADOW:
Medium Nozzle from Spraypaints (default)
MaxU Gouache Clean Glaze/ MaxU Gouache Grainy from Gouache Maxpack
LIGHT:
Same as SHADOW
