“群青” (or Gunjou) is inspired by 山口飛翔
(Tsubasa Yamaguchi)’s popular Manga Blue Period, and the first manga adaption for YOASOBI.
The manga tells a studious and perfect high school student Yatora Yaguchi, who leaves a dry life of study and good manners behind for a new passion: painting. In 2020, the manga is awarded first place in マンガ大賞 (Manga Taishou), praised for its incredible passion and valour expressed from its work.
This song is also served as a promotional CM for Bourbon’s “Alfort Mini Chocolate.”
