In this video we show the fastest way to create an online form for a Notion database. With Paperform's quick integrations slash command you can import questions directly from a Notion database.
Choose which questions you want to use, click import questions, and you're good to go. Once the questions are added, they'll automatically sync to your Notion database—no switching between apps, and no manual data entry required.
Streamline your data entry and automate busywork with Notion and Paperform. Try it out yourself with our 14-day free trial, no credit card needed:

With our Notion direct integration, it is now easy to integrate your forms. Currently, we support the following actions:
► Add new page to a database
► Embed new page in a page
► Add content to page
Our Notion integration is a supported Quick Integration - which means that you can simply choose a Notion database from your account, and automatically pull in all the columns from that database as questions into your form, and Paperform will automagically set up the direct integration for you as well.
To use the quick integration, simply go to a new line in the editor, and type /notion then press enter, and follow the prompts to set up the integration.
Once it's been created - you can go and modify the integration at any time under After Submissions → Integrations & Webhooks.
