Misery Book Review
Misery by Stephen King is a down and dirty psychological thriller released in 1987. Paul Sheldon, a successful writer of the Misery book series end's up in a car wreck on a old mountain road and is rescued by his biggest fan Annie Wilkes. After awakening Paul Sheldon finds himself with broken legs and instead of hospital bed he finds himself in Annie's home. We slowly learn that Annie has more horrific plans for Paul other than just healing him. Forced to write a story just for Annie, Paul soon finds himself in a world of horror and misery. Stephen King puts us into a horrific fight for survival and hopelessness with Misery. Thanks for watching you Horror Junkies!
