Resident Evil: Revelations - How to Get the PYTHON (Location Guide)
First you will need the Veltro Key card located at the end of the 6-2 Boss fight. Just head up the ladder after the fight and retrieve it off the cooler to the left. Next, head down to the Lower Cabins and open the only door in this area that requires the keycard. Enter the room and twist through the bookcases until you come to a desk with the Python resting on it.
