In this Bani, the mind and body are explained in relation to cosmic divinity. This bani not only brings bliss, it can make up for deficiencies in the body. It organizes and brings happiness, harmony, and peace.
A wonderful way for husband and wife to merge together is to recite Anand Sahib together, alternating sutras (lines).
It is said that whoever recites the Anand Sahib will have endless bliss.
Growing up in a Sikh family I have always heard this Paath on all occasions and learnt about its importance.
I felt the presence of Waheguru while reciting this Bani and I really hope you all experience peace and tranquility while listening to it.
