Is it worth paying more for higher ceiling?
Most of the time, I’d advise against buying units with higher ceiling until recently when I chanced upon some data at The Glades. A top floor unit with higher ceiling profit TWELVE times more than its neighbor that’s located two levels down.
This got me thinking….. So, I started to look out for similarities between units with high ceilings which have performed well in the resale market. And indeed, these very profitable transactions do have ONE thing in common. Hence, in this episode of #AskJoy, I’m going to share with you this one tip, so be sure to watch till the end!
