It's Jamuary2024 .... Hey Ho!
One Month of daily Music. Wonderful.
That was a very tiring day. Yes of course, others relax on Sundays. Unfortunately I'm not able to do that. At the weekend my kids are with me in the caravan and I'm a daddy.
Well, today I was in the swimming pool with Hannes and he showed me how much energy an 8 year old boy has and how poorly his untrained 50 year old dad can keep up. It was crazy. But I held up well. When I brought Hannes home and finally got some rest, I realized how much energy it took. I'm honest. I'm old and I'm afraid.
Well, since I didn't have any other energy source at hand, I just jammed. And of course something quiet after the day. I set the Volca FM to the lowest tempo, which is a wonderful feature. For example, you can record a complete accompaniment with different chords and then accompany it with the volcas.
I did something similar today and thanks to the wonderful depth of the Specular Reverb v3... I was able to create an atmosphere that touched me very deeply.

What is this #Jamuary everyone is talking about?
When I started jamming in 2017, I had no idea how much this type of composition would accompany me in the years to come. Today 6 years later I have become part of a strong and family community that includes all kinds of people. I am always amazed at how friendly and courteous everyone is with each other and how objective and constructive the discussions are. I would like to thank you for that.
Of course, this community also includes great artists. Artists who not only created music but also launched great projects in the form of challenges.
One of these projects is the annual #Jamuary launched by @truecuckoo. The goal is to jam every day in January. Of course you can also share your creations with the community. It's a big challenge to find time for music every day.
This year I'm taking part for the 5th time and I hope I can do it.
