in this video, you'll see that to make your Neewer Q3 flashes, whether old ver 1 or new ver 2, work with the new QPro trigger, you need to make sure the trigger has SHOOT mode set to "OFF" in the menu. Otherwise, your camera and flashes won't receive the signal from the trigger to work correctly in High Speed Sync.
