“The Stories of Human” presents a new selection of interviews and breathtaking aerial images, shown here in their entirety.
These life stories are presented here in their entirety, and the striking aerial shots are magnified. Not all of them could be included in the feature film “Human,” directed by Yann Arthus-Bertrand in 2015.
What makes us human? Is it the ability to love? Is it the ability to fight? The ability to laugh? To cry? Our curiosity? Our quest for discovery?
Driven by these questions, filmmaker and photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand spent three years collecting the stories of 2,000 women and men in 60 countries. With his passionate team of translators, journalists, and cameramen, Yann has captured the profound emotions and issues that unite us all: the struggles against poverty, war, homophobia, and the future of our planet, interwoven with moments of love and joy.
